ENQUIRY PRIVACY
A clear explanation of your data.
This notice covers enquiries about AI, automation and integration services offered by Mitopus Works, operated by Michał Topór.
1. Contact
Michał Topór is the contact for enquiries and privacy matters. You can email michaltopor1996@gmail.com.
2. Information included in an enquiry
Typically, this is your name or company name, email address, and information you choose to share about your idea, current workflow and expected result. Do not send passwords, access tokens, sensitive data or your customers' information unless essential for the initial discussion.
3. How the information is used
We use your information to reply, assess the fit and prepare a scope. If we agree to work together, we also use it to organise delivery and meet our agreed obligations. Correspondence may be retained where needed to document agreements, payments or legal claims.
4. The form on this website
When you click Send message, the website sends your information to its server. The message is delivered to Michał Topór's inbox using Resend. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form against spam and processes the technical information needed to check submissions.
5. Analytics and advertising
Your submitted enquiry includes the landing-page path, referring website and campaign tags (UTM), when available. These help identify enquiry sources. This information stays in the open page's memory until you submit; it is not stored in cookies or browser storage. We do not collect ad click identifiers, send enquiry content to Google Ads or use remarketing pixels. Receipt is recorded by our email provider and the website's technical logs, without message content or your email address in the event log.
The website also records daily counts of page opens, form starts, accepted enquiries and failed attempts. Reports distinguish known campaigns and tests and cover the latest 31 days. They contain no IP addresses, emails, form content, full page URLs or device identifiers. Random event identifiers only prevent duplicate counting and expire after 48 hours. Older data is removed on the next write. This measurement uses neither cookies nor browser storage and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Page opens are not counts of unique people.
Language preference
When you visit the main address, the website considers your browser language. Choosing PL or EN manually saves a mitopus-language cookie for up to a year to remember your preference. It is not used for advertising measurement or tracking. We do not request your device location; you can switch language in the website header.
6. Conversations with the AI assistant
The assistant helps discuss your needs relating to Mitopus Works services. Your message and a limited conversation history are sent to the OpenAI API to generate a reply. Do not enter passwords, access keys, sensitive information or your customers' data. The assistant does not confirm bespoke project prices, schedules or orders.
The website does not store conversation content in its database or logs. History remains in the open page's memory and disappears when you close it or start a new conversation. A random technical session cookie expires after one hour. Safeguards record counters, request times and daily IP hashes, without recording the IP address itself. Sessions expire after one hour, request identifiers after one day, network counters after 48 hours and monthly cost summaries after 35 days; expired data is removed during subsequent writes. Cloudflare Turnstile checks messages for abuse.
Disabling response storage in the API does not disable the provider's abuse monitoring. OpenAI may normally retain content in these logs for up to 30 days, subject to exceptions described in its data processing information. Moving to the contact form transfers only your own messages. You can edit them; they reach Mitopus Works only when you submit the form.
7. Your rights
Where applicable under law, you can request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, or object to processing. You may also complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
